I have a 95 yj 4cyl 5 spd rio grande after i drive it and it sit a while (30 min to 4 or 5 hrs) it has a hard time starting back up like it is not getting gas. i can pull the fule pump relay and put it back and it will start (some time) i have put 3 relays in it but i dont know what to do thanks for any help
 
drop the tank and clean the filter

I've got a 94' with the 2.5 squirrels, had similar probs after doing some mudding. Everyone thought for sure the computer was shot.... engine threw up weird codes, jeep would run fine for a while 10-15 miles then light would come on and oxygen sensor would throw a code. Shut it off and start later and everything would be fine for a while. Long story short I replaced the fuel pump but discovered that the pump was fine the filter in the tank was just way gunked up..........
 
the fule pump does not prim when the jeep is acting up. I changed out the relay with one i had and it is working for now. i was told that the relays form the jeep place are the best??? i guess ill try and pull the pump this weekend and see it wont take to long to do that you never know might be that if anyone has anything to add ill give it a shot
