what was your first car/truck

mine was a Gremlin...probably the best car ive ever owned

GMC Sonoma 2wd, fully unloaded with a 4.3 six, but damn it'd burn the tires down.

1983 Malibu Station Wagon... I'm looking for another one now.....

1983 Ford Ranger 4x4, Sold it 2 months later.

First car I drove by myself was a mid 80's GMC cargo van...250K or so, baby blue, "Proud parent of..." sticker on the bumper...

First car that was 'mine'...85 Caprice Classic with a 305, cop car white...

86 CJ-7...if I knew how to do back then what I do now I would still have it

20 yrs ago 16th b-day June.....75 Chevy 4x4 4in lift 33 BFG mts big ole chrome rollbar w/ 7 KC lights (double tube Grizzly purchased from Gallaways) hey that was cool back then. Two blown motors, Three trans, and 5 frt dshafts later I sold when I was 21 and got a Jeep:driver:

little more fancy now, still got it....still got uber low miles:beer:....working on getting fancy-er

'91 S-10 Blazer 4door complete with KMC wheels and a body lift to clear some 31's, kinda anyway. Beat it, jumped it, broke more rear axles than I can remember, killed a 4.3, and a 700R4, and now it's getting a SAS with a 3 link front and a set of 39's.

89 bronco II
5spd.

felt like driving a go-cart, no towing power but loads of torque, it was fast

Ive had a silverado and a cherokee since, but i still have that bronco II, and hopefully im not going to sell it till it dies.

1980 4wd F-1fiddy, 300? straight 6, grind box with a silly low first gear and rockin out on some monster 31's.

well, bought a 72 skylark to fix up and have for my first car when i was 14.....well shit happened drove it on and off for a lil, and i'm hoping to finally get it finished this summer. So when time came to drive i got a 4door 72 cuttlass for a while.

been through a ton of cars since then. For a lil while in highschool i drove a different car every day of the week. But we've downsized the fleet and now have just 11 or 12 cars...can't remember

i still dont see my post, third time typing this....

1998 Chrysler Sebring for my first car, drove the hell out of it.

Got my real first car (one I bought) about 2-3 years back, a 1998 Jeep Wrangler, same one I still drive. Done a good amount of work to it, a lot more to come!

my 2002 wrangler was my first vehicle and got it brand new from the dealership

72 Delta 88, was an awesome date car! Loads of power. Put the vinyl treatment on the seats, go around a curve and slide her right up next to ya! LOL ( back then seat belts were just something that hung on the side, and the other end just stuck in your back when laying down!
Shortly there after, I bought a 48 Willy's, 30" recap mud tires, new top from Sears, Rebuilt Flat Head, A Craig 8 track with mind blower speakers, my first love!

'69 Roadrunner

My first car was A 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner. 383 magnum, 4sp. 3:55 suregrip, 8-3/4. Installed hooker comp + headers, new hypo clutch, intake, & carb. Beat everything I went up against, except A 1967 GTO w/ nitrous. Oh ,and A stone wall. Only had it for A month or so, & wiped out in A heavy rain one night. I had only been driving as long as I had that monster, & not used to what happens when downshifting, on wet road, with A posi rear. Bounced off A toyota corolla, & spun around, backed into wall. Lucky cause everyone walked away.:driver: I was only 18 years old at the time. That was "1981".

First car that was really mine was a '56 Dodge Coronet. Push button auto trans, four door, brown/tan. It was a beast and I loved it!

My first car was a 1966 Mustang Coupe with a 200 ci straight 6. I kept it all the way through college, and sold it to a guy from China Grove and never saw it again. My dad and I bought it from the 2nd owner, it had never been owned outside of Salisbury. Still had the original owners manual and bill of sale in it. The only reason the lady sold it was she wanted to buy a TBird Super Coupe so she could have some AC.
I think Chris's first car was a Vega, which he promptly totalled. (He took me to the senior prom in his 86 CJ7)
