as a lot of you guys may know, I've been wanting to go with a 6-6.5" long arm system for my XJ...I originally wanted to go with a Rusty's kit, but I've been looking around and weighing the possibilities of others as well...I want something completely 100% bolt-on, with ABSOLUTELY NO WELDING. what are your opinions on the following:

Full Traction 6" long arm system http://www.4wheelparts.com/prodDetail.aspx?partNo=FULFT720601&jeep-parts=true

Rock Krawler 6.5" X-Factor Plus Long Arm system http://www.4wheelparts.com/prodDetail.aspx?partNo=RKSRKXJ65XFLA&jeep-parts=true

and then of course if there are any others out there that you guys know of, feel free to chime in. also, what are some good shocks to go with, and why aren't these kits coming with them? I'm looking to do this in the VERY NEAR future. thanks guys!

NAXJA

Go over to NAXJA and look around. It is an XJ Comanche site. It will give you more options to consider.

Almost all the kits have plus and minus's. Most come down to what you want to spend, how hard you wheel. Join NAXJA and Rusty will give you a discount, at least he use to. Probably would pay for itself.

I have installed a few of the RK kits on Cherokees, and the customers all have been happy. If I can help you get one at a great deal dont hessitate to PM me, Bob.

These guys make a pretty good longarm kit. I have the RK GenII kit which was right before they released the bent arms and it became completely bolt on. I have had no problems with the RK kit and the arms are super beefy. The only thing you need to do with them is to grease their joints, you need to take them apart and pack them with grease because the zerk fittings are so fragile and small it's hard not to break them. I'm not sure if they have remedied that issue, but that wouldn't keep me from buying the kit again.
