ZJ 4.0 issue

‘98 ZJ, will start and run fine, for a short time. 5 minutes or 1-3 miles later it cuts off. It needs a minute to fix whatever the issue is then it will start up and run all day without another issue. An exhaust shop it was at ran into this and supposedly replaced a sensor but it didn’t fix it. Can’t recall right now which one it was. Any help Is appreciated!

I am going to say O2 sensor heating element is bad.

If I let it sit for a minute it will fire back up but not immediately after it dies.

Had this issue it was a cheap distributor cap with poor contact

Turns out it was the computer. Thanks for the help and suggestions.
