zj front long arms?

just wanted to get afew questions i have answered from some of you guys, before sumone like me makes a bad mistake on a build.
i was adding up price on building long arms for the front only for now. with tube inserts, jam nuts, 4 johnny joints it was already at ~$205. i have 2x2 1/4 that im goin to use for my new slides , so i do have the metal for lower arms just not top.

but ran across a claytons long arm front kit minus crossmember bracket. for around 550 or little less. but id still have to figure out how to build the crossmeber, and CA mounts on uni body end

should i just build the arms and cross member or buy the arms and build the crossmember?

build a 3 link! you WILL regret a radius arm design in the long run.

sorry to be lazy but whats the great plus on the 3 link???

Cheaper to build, and will not bind up like a radius arm set up will.

i dont know about cheaper but you will save money on destroyed upper bushings and the broken shafts and gears that come from the bind and wheel hop caused by radius arm's. i rebuilt my front a few times before i was happy with it and had to learn the hard way but if your serious about your build ill be more than happy to get you pics and spec's of my current setup.

I have a square tube long arms on mine radius arm style and have no problem out of it at 6 inches of lift .
