ZJ Vent Glass???

I need to replace the vent glass in my ZJ. I have a donor door to pull the glass from. I need a little enlightenment on the best/proper way to replace this window ensuring a leak free final product. Any help will be much appreciated.
 
it's the small window in the rear door.Not a vent window like what a truck or old car might have in the door that turns in for ventilation.
 
I know what you mean and its a b@#$ch to replace, I broke one of them trying to reinstall it and got pissed and just put plexy glas in it. pull a part is your best bet, they have a ton, dont buy the door, Just get the glass ($5) but bring a hand saw and screw drivers.

I surfed a lot but never found that specific info. My main concern was creating a good seal to keep the water out. From the looks of things the seals can just be pulled out and then replaced without any sealant.

Yeah, I already had a donor door. I actually just pulled the donor window out and am planning on swapping it in the Jeep when the rain stops in the next few days. Hopefully, I won't break it putting it back in.

It's called a vent glass even though it doesn't open.

Well, I replaced the vent glass today and it went fairly smooth. It only took about an hour start to finish. It can be a bit tricky getting both pieces of glass and the seal in the right position so everything lines up properly but not too bad. This certainly was not worth the $500+ to $700 I was quoted to have it repaired.
I had to:
Pull the door panel
Remove both inner and outer weather/glass seals
Pull about half the plastic back to get to the access holes in the sheet metal
Loosen the two nuts holding the main window on the lift mechanism
Pop the window out of the track and lower it out of the way
Pulled the seal down from the top of the door and from the vent glass
Removed one bolt on the door and one screw in the top window channel to free the vent glass
Pulled what was left of the old vent glass out
Put in the new vent glass and reversed my process to get it all back together
