Im trying to put a informal event in Harlan Co. and i saw you guys had a fall crawl.

is it held at black or golden mountain?

im trying to learn a bout the area before i get really serious.

i have tentatively set the date for 10-17-2009 but i have plenty of time if i need to change it.

i anticipate at least a dozen rigs and hope for quite a few more.

harlan is close enough that i think we could really have a great time !!

so i guess im asking if you have set a date for the 2009 crawl and if so is it at harlan?

I've never heard of Golden mountian. The park in Harlan Co. is Black Mountian. doubt the date has been set for 09, but the fall crawl is always at Harlan. Your best bet would be to get on http://kymc.org/phpBB2/index.php and ask around. That is the ky mtn crawlers forum, they handle the events and the park in general.
 
thanks that will help alot and golden mopuntain is fairly new i guess. one of the members at zuwharrie told me about it.
