My wife makes these buffalo chicken wraps, they are low cost to make and would bring in a good profit for the club, any thoughts on this? Also have water.

We talked about this sunday with yall and I Think its a great idea, I think it would be easy to sell and would take only a few to run, the rest of the members there can help run the games or whatever else is needed. I think it would benefit the club and thank you for steeping up to the plate.
We can talk to Scott at the Big Creek and see where we can reserve a spot.

So any more ideas from the rest of the club, I know hot dogs were mentioned at our last quarterly meeting, I don't see why we couldn't do both dogs and the buffalo wraps. We can talk about this at our next ride as well.

We have snappy!!! A large brunswich stew might be in order!!!

My fiancé makes these sugar pies that are to die for. They are easy to make, I may be able to get her to make 4-5 and we could sell them by the slice or whole.

Sopunds like we just need to have our little section and have an assortment of stuff to eat, club info etc..

yea that sounds good Jason, need to get a couple heads together and get it planned out...

I am free the first portion of that day and would like to drive the Zu out there and help out as much as I can.
Let me know what I can do.

I will most likely need to leave in between lunch and dinner.

We discussed it as a club yesterday, we are going to incorporate a club info booth with food, looking like spaghetti by snappy and some sweets and buffalo wraps as well, we are also going to run 2 games, likely ball and post and spear the ring, we will need as many members as can come so we can raise some money for the club and have a good time doing it.

It would be nice to have some pictures of where we wheel and some at the workday and doing other things to show at the booth. Could bring a laptop and set up a slide show or something similar if we are going to be in a main traffic area.

I have one table in the camper, who has the CTB banner, I think I remember Don and Tina saying they had a large ez up shelter

yea we have a big canopy, not really a ez up but Tina and I have set it up b4 by our selfs and a fold up table we are bringing. We can also make up a big thing to hang pic's on if any one can print off pic's to put on it (let me know on that). Jason did u talk to Scott about getting the spot to set up at that u was talking about? Think I'm going to see about renting a small generator also, unless some one has a small one?

I will call Scott tomorrow and see if we can get that figured out about the spot. I have an onboard dc converter in the Jeep, but I doubt it is enough to run a griddle or skillet.

I think if we can get near the front side of the barn that would be best. Maybe somebody in the club has a Honda generator we can use to power our needs.

Sorry guys, I won't make the jamboree. My girls first soccer game is that Saturday, and I will miss one the next Saturday for Potts mnt... I don't want to miss two in a row. I'll see y'all at Potts!

I will be able to make this after all. I thought I was going to have to work that weekend, but I am still on light duty. I am not too interested in the games, but would be glad to help with anything else.

Ok, talked to Scott today and this is what needs to be done by sunset friday.

Claim a spot in the club/vendor row, any of them really will be ok . closer to the main entrance is best. Iwill bring my extra table.

Rope/ribbon off the game area, on ball and post make sure the start and stop boxes are wide enough for a full size rig and the start is deep enough for a full size truck to back into that the front tires will be on line with the front stakes. The sides need to be ribboned off as too keep spectators from getting too close, keep in mind not to get it too skinny. The stop/turn around box only needs to be about tj lengh deep. The ball for the game is in the barn, Scott will get someone too it so we dont have to hunt it down sat morning. If someone has a smooth kids ball(basketball size at home, bring it incase someone runs over the one we have or we cant find it.

Spear the ring, Scott says not to move spear the ring that it has dried up some, the start box is there, it needs freshend up and same as ball and post, wide enough for a full size truck and deep enough for a full size truck. The close pins and rings are in the barn, and we will need a pickup truck stationed tere saturday to rehang the rings each time the game is ran. The sides of that game also need riboned off to keep spectators from being too close.

Mullishajoe, Glad you can make it man, its allways good to see you bud, we could probably use that canopy out at the spear the ring sart line sat. Dn and tina are bringing a large one for the club booth.

Chris Lankford, did you happen to have those whit boards for keeping top times, if not I will go grab some cheap ones and a couple dry erase markers.

We need change! As in dollar bill change, I believe the games will be 2$ a run so we will need a good stash of dollar bills.

This is a long shot , does anyone have any long bamboo shoots growing around the house,(12 ft or so) last time the games were ran one of the poles was broken and I believe we are down to one, we could use a spare or two.
