Run it in my old sammi on 33s. Only had to pull cable at the very very last ledge on the way out. Haven't gotten my buggy in there yet, I figure the squeeze would have me sitting exactly where and how @Paul was.

No worries, my crew flipped me back and I drove it all the way out of the exit. What you don’t see in the picture is my passenger. Her name is Callie. The 15 yo daughter of one of my brothers. She’s ridden with me for years so she knows how bad it can get. This flop was on her side and it scared the shit out of me.
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

I am so tempted to put my full bodied XJ on 35s in there next month. I have been pondering it for months now.
Been there a bunch, guided 3 rigs thru there so I know the risks. But I’m curious if I can, just to say I did!

@obullfish if I do it, it will be after lunch Saturday. @Chris_Keziah is saying I should too. I will def need some support there in case things go wrong.
I'm down to fold the windshield down and give it a shot. Why not run it friday, or sunday morning. Saturday afternoon should be when we hit Mason jar.

My thoughts were run it Saturday after I’ve done about everything else I wanted to do, that way if I destroy it I had a good trip before that. I’d hate to destroy my rig on Friday and be down all weekend. And I usually don’t ride on Sunday cause I’m ready to head back home and see the family. If we grenade something bad in there, it could take all day or longer to get it out.
We can talk about it more when you get to the house today so we quit clogging up at Paul’s thread.

Btw @Paul do you have more pics? If that’s the place I think I imagine it was quite hard to flip back over due to the rock in the way.

Will have my kiddo post more pics tomorrow. I got the ass end of rig too far right before the "Pinch"
I carried on despite of my spotters advice. Bad move on my part. I flopped with a kid in my rig. Mea Culpa.
Next try was when i was correctly aligned and crawled it. Callie's response was...
"Why didn't you do that the first time?"
Do i win the loser of the day award or something?

Went to try it in my ZJ 8 years ago, saw a sami endo off the trail, and decided I cherished my life more haha

Good news is they've cut a highway in where you can get back out without having to go up the ledge. Also a tree either fell or was cut just before the pinch point.

The time I ran it, windshield came off at the entrance and didn't touch body going through. Samurai on 35s.

Always a good time, food and drink @Paul Thank you.

I've seen an xj on 35's run it and not pull cable at all. Of course it was not a straight xj when it went in.....

@ghost mine is far from straight but it’s not totally mangled. Not sure how the drop is looking these days. I know the further left you go to keep the body off the rocks, the bigger the drop is. I mostly worry about that and the pinch point where you rub the tree and ride the rock.
