It won't hold a charge and even when charged up, it will barely turn the motor over. What size battery should I be looking for?

skyhighZJ Thanks for your taxes Joined May 31, 2012 Location Aberdeen, NC. Feb 28, 2019 #2 IIRC the FSM calls for a #26 but they changed requirements to a Group 31. In late ‘90 or ‘91. My 1st and 2nd gen both had 31’s in them with no issues.

No first generation Ram came with dual batteries, but you can put two of them in the battery tray sideways. I have two group 31s in mine. Duane
