LT vs Trailer tyres

Fuck Goodyear trailer tires. They are Shit. Had all 6 on my camper because good year, made in America, support the local GY plant xyz took a trip with the camper. Inside 1,000 miles all six blew in some form or another GY wouldn’t warranty or replace shit because of excuses. I went to Carlisle and won’t look back. TireDude when I swapped out said everyone he knows calls em good for a year instead.

Goodyear Marathons? They really fucked themselves with those tires.

my trailer uses 225 75 15...which are always 100+ on the carlisles...

I read stories like this about the G614 as well. That's why I got the Sailuns.

Another vote for Maxxis M8008 ST. After 3 blowouts and the fourth separating of 1 year old tires (dont remember brand) on a trip home from Harlan, I switched to Maxxis on my gooseneck and never had issues again. My dad is running them on his single trailer now after having issues with goodyear and another brand.

Also, a member of MCJ is a maxxis dealer.
