Weird squeaking noise while towing

Towing with my 5.9 zj pulling my aluminum boat weights about 1600 lbs loaded down. It only squeaks when coasting goes away when under power or braking. I’ve checked the hitch to make sure all the bolts were tight, they were. Also I had to pick up 700 lbs of mortar today for work loaded in the zj and no sounds. I’m racking my brain trying to figure out what it causing the noise. Could it be the ball and trailer hitch squeaking if not enough freeze is between the two?

Tongue weight and squeaky balls. Lube your balls and weld your hitch to the receiver.

Trailer over all doesn’t have much tongue weight. Trailer sits pretty level on ground and Jeep doesn’t squat at all. I have a small drop hitch I may try to see if it gives it more tongue weight

still have a rear sway bar? could be the bushings squeaking, fully loaded or unloaded might be ok, and the boat is right in the middle?

As this ZJ is for sale, I am probably late to this answer game.
