Funny part is I have actually had a 186 ticket. Well was more than just a ticket but whose counting

Back in high school a classmate got caught at 126 in a 55 ......WHILE BRAKING ON AN EXIT RAMP. His dad framed the ticket for him LOL Cop asked him how fast he was going before he took the ramp and he was quoted as saying "I quit looking when it hit 150"

My speedo back then only went to 85. I snapped the cable but had no idea how fast I was going. The brakes were still smoking when the cop walked up to my window...

How do you guys get caught when going that fast? All of my tickets have been 30 over or less. Not that I would ever go any faster than that, but if I did, the chase would be over before it ever started.

Sure but if you pass a cop doing a buck fifty, and you make a couple turns without being trailed, it’s game over. Just limp home with your tail between your legs and hope you don’t pass them again.

Maybe this is why I like driving my non-descript silver 4 door sedan. :D

Ever tried to make a couple of turns at a buck fifty?
 
I have only got stopped one time doing over 100 mph and that was because i pulled over and waited on the trooper just because i know him and wanted to mess with him. I have been chased in every state close to Ky. I have been radared doing 140 to 163 several times but not caught. I would run about 10 to 15 miles then take a side road or pull in somewhere and hide out for a while. I have had to drive 40 miles out of the way to stay clear of the police. I have got a dozen plus tickets for 80mph or less. I got one in Ashville doing 75 in a 55 zone in a tow truck towing a car. Had to go to courthouse in mars hill and see the judge on that one. Got by with a $90.00 fine and no points took a bill in from a dealer saying they fixed my speedometer. I have been blessed with getting out of the tickets one way or another.
