I bought this 2001 Tj sport back in October of 08...Had 70,000 miles on it, dana 44 rear and was stock. I've lifted it with a 2.25 inch RE BB , OME steering stablizer, JKS disconnects, RE bump stops, RE Monotube Shocks, Rubicon Moab wheels and 285/75/16 Enduro MT's, and Sat a Champion 8500 winch with mile marker mount and roller leads on stock bumper. tossed on some KC Daylighters given to me by a jeep buddy. I made some clevis mounts for my front stock bumper out of Angle Iron. I made a homemade gas tank skid using the old stock on as a guide and building the new one out of 1/2 steel plate..

I then added Dynamax headers, cat, and super flow, I customized my air box with an larger air opening and dust screen for those summer trails, coupled with K&N panel filter and breather, seemed to help. Added a Hesco Throttle Body Spacer. And RE Hand throttle. I Met up with some Local guys and started hitting a few trails.

I drove it like this for a while. Herculined the tub, got husky mats, and used it alot to get to my hunting spots. We had alot alot of snow last Hunting season.

Once spring came, I gave a full tune-up. New plugs, wires, deep well battery. I serviced all my 4x4 parts(Difs, T-case, etc). I put new Hawk Rotors, Pads, Brake lines on. Added JKS Trackbars and want to upgrade my tie-rod.

Wasn't long after that That I put changed my Stock springs out for a buddies Rubicon springs that only had 3000 miles on them, help combat some of that spring sag from 10 year old springs. But in the process now of Adding JKS 1.25 inch Body-lift and 1 inch Motor mounts, and Rubicon express 2.5 inch springs for the front. My attempt to get a little more height and level the jeep out a bit.

I then got new tires( New Fierce MT 285/75/16) great looking tire and cheap! spidertrax wheelspacers, and Garvin Wildnerness rear bumper and tire swing. I've picked up a few little things like High lift jack, jerry can, shovel and ax via my friends in the military!!

Hopefully BL and MML next and front springs, then Lock-rite for my D30 and new Alloy axle shafts are the plan. I'm currently fabing up a steering box skid, rocker guards and engine skid. All pretty much mock-ups of my pals Skid-row products i've borrowed to get an idea of a design.

Got my front bumper on...BDO, thanks to some great fellas on here for a great deal on this bumper.

Then I worked for a few hours with my buddy annd we got the Body lift and MML on...Looks great, simple and straight foreward install. Thanks to the Rokmen video.. anyone putting a Body-lift on remember to loosen the t-case bolts, helps big time when putting in the motor mount lift.I'll get more pics when i get my 2.5 springs on.

finally got my springs on....I bought the new RE 2.5 springs, but they seemed way to long. Sold them to another guy and went with RC progressive springs... really like the look and feel. leveled the jeep out more which I wanted but still retained a small rake for weight transfer. The front with the RC springs and JKS BL now has 3 3/4 of lift and the rear with BL, rubi spring and RE BB is at 3 1/2. nice!

looks good. think i've seen it around town?

Some good rocks to play on, water crossings, few good hill climbs, big deep mud holes make for a pretty fun day....
We covered most of the bases, rubi, CJ7, Unlimited, YJ, TJ sport, XJ

It's after the rest area...on the right, called hurricane creek. It's Wildlife, so they watch it closely, other than that it's a great half day ride, longer if wanted. Good medium trail. we had a stock LJ with us, it made it through with some help and a little scraping...lol
