This weekend at Uhwarrie I was on Kodak rock and the clip that holds the brake pedal to the linkage came off causing a complete loss of brakes. We got the clip back on and continued on. Coming down the trail about an hour later it came off again....This time I took a ride off the trail and into the trees. I didn't get hurt and the jeep had no major damage except a couple dents. My question is this - Anyone heard of this happening and if so is there any better way to setup the linkage to make sure this doesn't happen again.
