ok guys i got my chevy springs in the rear , now im putting the rears up front. the front spring hole has a metal sleeve in it and the factory bolt wont fit and the rear is just a rubber bushing and it looks like it needs a sleeve . whats up with this? has anyone done this swap? oh yeah its on a 85 toyota.

i just used a smaller bolt(grade 8) and welded a thick washer on the hangers to fit the smaller bolt size, also i had to add stiffer leafs to the stock rears, the stock rears didn't hold up the front of the toyota ,that's my experience with the swap.
spring pack i built was..toy main and 2nd,Chevy 3,4,5 and it was strong enough, very soft,it also moved the front axle forward a few inches.

well i used the rear main leaf and second leaf from the rear and reused the front bottom 3 leafs because the front leaf pack was a rough country 4 inch lift spring, hoping to get the 2 inchs forward and keep the same lift.
