See, if you let the pads get down to metal it turns the rotors for you. Now just add new pads.

I nominate myself for this thread. Wife's van has been making a grumbling/grinding for a week or two when coming to a stop. Finally took some time to diagnose it last night.

At least it was an easy fix.

At least as seen a couple posts earlier at least the rotors have been turned appropriately lol.

If they would cut the edge of those pads the right way, it would turn the rotor smooth when the pad wore, vs putting the squealer on it that just gouges them. Heck most dont have the tab on them anymore to warn you.
