I’ve been on this board since back in the early 2000s but have been MIA as I was in Georgia for a long time, but am since back in NC and figured might as well get back with it!

Want to make sort of an ongoing build thread post with some of the builds we’ve done and have ongoing. We have 4 builds in progress right now with another 2 coming in behind, so I’ll share updates on them all here as we go.

Just for some of the past, here are a few of the builds finished and out there. Not all of these were done turnkey by us and this isn’t all of them. There are currently 49 chassis out there in all. Mixture of 2, 3 and 4 seaters.

My favorite build to date was the “No Budget” build that was built along side my personal buggy (more on this one below). The owner was a friend in the Atlanta area that truly had a no budget, open checkbook ask. He wanted the best of the best and let me just run wild with the build, which was amazing. That buggy turned out great and he’s been beating on it for about 2 years now. It was built around a big 1500hp blown 427 from Nelson Racing Engines, 10” high pinion gearworks 40 spline diffs, Tubeworks housings, ADS shock package, rear steer, our 1550 fabricated Cs and Knuckles front and rear, air conditioning and heat 🤣. It was a ton of fun to build and wheel!

Then the main builds we have right now in the shop are my personal build, which is this one - naturally dubbed “Low Budget” as it was build right next to the No Budget build. It’s essentially the same buggy but a different engine and no rear steer. 440ci Thompson Motorsports LS, Reid TH400, race case atlas, radflo shock package, our 1550 Cs and Knuckles, gearworks 10” 40 spline HP diffs, EcuMasters wiring and controls. I’ll do a full build thread on these 2 buggies as I get time.

Then we have 3 other really cool customer builds in work as well. 2 of the new 2 seater sheetmetal hood chassis and one 3 seater with a jeep front end on it.

10” axles, radflo shock package, our 1550 Cs and Knuckles, etc

I will try and individually go through each of the builds in this thread as well - they all have cool things about them that make them unique. But they are all based off of the CNC bent and notched 2 or 4 seat chassis we have.

I'm fairly certain we were on crackhead at Golden mountain at the same time last year around early December with this buggy. I thought I remembered someone saying it was the no budget buggy. Damn that thing is nice
