01 gmc jimmy torsion key problems

I am lifting my jimmy with 3inch keys and shackles, shackles are on its just that the keys and the torsion bar are stuck into place. Any suggestions on freeing them up.

If you loosened up the adjustment bolts it should just be a matter of tapping them loose with a hammer if they are actually stuck. GMs are really easy with those hex-head keys. Nissans used splined parts and are much less fun to take apart!
