Does any one know how to align the steering wheel if it is straight up & down and not side to side (center section). I know their is a clocking ring and I know how to set that up but, there are splines on the shaft. You can not move the wheel because of a big spline alignment. Can you remove the steering shaft at the box and adjust.
Thanks

I fixed the problem with the linkage on the tie rods so now adjust wheel.

Thanks, I know I have something bent and the drag link is maxed out, But I got the steering right and now the wheel is off. I am trying to get wheel alignment close because Iam replacing everything in a couple of months. I know its bent.

BTW...24 minutes is a little jumpy for a "guess nobody's gonna help me" post...
sorry a little frustrated

I broke the end of my drag link and when I hooked it back up I guess the steering wheel was way off to the side. I think I am gonna remove the drag link from the pitman arm and get the wheel back to where I want it and hook it back up. Is there any reason why this wouldn't work?

The pittman arm is slotted so it can only go on a few ways and most of the time it is not where you want it ( no tweaking) My problem. I have something bent and outta whack. That is why Iam wondering about the linkage at the box
