While heading up to Lovingston, VA for the VA4WDA Annual this weekend, my brother says the blower doesn't work in 1 & 2... but does in 3-4-5. Only thing is it's uber weak in those positions, kinda like a mixer flap or something is hung.

He also says a bud of his had the same symptoms, but didn't get the skinny on what it took to fix... any ideas on where to start looking or what to replace in the system?
 
check and see if it has cabin filters, they will be under center of dash, if I remember right ( check owners manual) those get plugged up and you get no air movement.

When I worked at the dealership, I had that screw me on a work truck, who knew a low line body would have cabin filters?
