02 f250 tailgate

i have a costomer the uses his f250 like a truck and has replaced the tailgate due to it bending . he ask me to cure the problem. id like to fab a tube type gate or buy one if i could find one that didnt drop down in the center for a 5th wheel.please post pics of some suggestions or sites of thease gates. im all ears whith this on we just want it right,

If the tailgate is bending in the center of the truck, it is a common problem for those who "use it like a truck". I took my last one (third) off my 250 and have gone without for the past few years. Did the same on my F150. Takes a little getting used to, but I "use" both trucks every day and don't have problems.

thanks i never thought of flow throu.
its a company truck and i dont think they would go for removing it. they install a new on every year but the truck isnt abused just gets used so i think its just a crap design tailgate. its costing him $900 every time on parts,paint,labor to replace it.
