Anything PLX, AEM, or Innovate makes usually works really well.  The controller box is a very standard thing, as wideband O2 sensors like the Bosch LSU-series need a specific controller chip to function and to output a conditioned signal, and you also need some interface functionality for a standalone unit.  Something like the Bosch LSU controller is usually built into the ECU, which is why you don't normally see it on a factory vehicle.
