I believe he might have an NP231C based on what he described.
and yes you HAVE to tune it for the chip key, otherwise it will start and run for about 1 second, and you need to turn the rear O2 sensors off. There’s a ton of people that can do that for you, [USER=13997]@Chris_Keziah[/USER] being one of them.
