05 Trailblazer electrical issues

Anyone have any advice here? We're at the beach, leaving to go home in a bit. Last night our tb started acting up. I noticed our headlights were flickering. Like flashing really. Also noticed the interior lights were flaking art the same time. Not consistently, but intermittently. I pulled over, checked grounds, everything seemed ok. Got back in and drive for a few more miles before it started again. We got to where we were going and let it sit for an hour or so, coming home it didn't do anything.

For the last year or so it had also had a weird stalling issue. You start it and put it in gear and it dies. Start it back up and it is fine. Just totally random.

I bought this thing in 05 almost new, has 178k on it now. I have taken good care of the thing too, which is driving me nuts with these issues.

Any ideas?

Hard to say without seeing some pids when the failure occurs. I know the 03-04 pickups had grounds on the bumper supports that would cause trouble. Could be a bcm as well!

Might be unrelated, but just noticed that the chime when the headlights are on is barely audible now. I think out has been doing that for a while after talking with my wife.

Well, we made it to my inlaws in rocky mount with no issues. We'll see how it does on the way home to raleigh.

Home to Raleigh now, didn't act up at all on our way home.

I'm guessing it was a ground somewhere that I must have fixed when I was checking them all. Weird.
