1-tonmudders 241/205 Doubler

I had planned to but I have ran into some unforseen problems,so I dont know for sure.Times gettin close and I really would like to run it some before I go far with it.
 
Okay so I have finally got back on this and got it together.One of the main hold up's on this had been gettin the correct input.The round pattern 205 has the long input and I was under the impression that was what I needed,wrong.I put the 205 together and it would not bolt to the 241 due the extra lenth of the long input.I had to order a new one from ORD.

So once I got the shaft I was able to get started again.
I had previously put a new seal in the back but it would not let the rear shaft pass by it so I had to pull it out and put another in after I put the shaft back in.I clearanced it a little so I could get it back apart if needed.

Took it to the Gulches last weekend and in spite of a couple of small shifter issues it worked very good.Amazing what alittle more gear reduction will do.
 
Don't know,I haven't decided.I had a little fire last weekend that I need to fix,and a blowout on my towrig so I need a new tire also.We'll see.I'd like to.
 
It's a whole different animal now.I could have used a little more of a stall converter.In double low the brakes have to work to hold it.
