Neighbor bought a OBS 460BB F350 (DRW) with a 10.25 12bolt sterling axle for his new law care business. I've been bribed with getting it up to spec, but I'm struggling to find a decent priced bearing and seal kit for it. Anyone have any recommendations for suppliers? I've already checked East Coast Gear, and Torque King 4x4.

You did not say which bearings and seals. The entire axle? That will not be "cheap." With shipping you are probably in for $400-500 for the carrier bearings, pinion bearings, seals, and axle end bearings and seals by the time you factor in tax and shipping. The rebuild kit is around $200, the axle ends are about $100 each.

For Ford stuff I would look at Jeff's Bronco Graveyard.

My mistake, I should've specified the hubs. It came up to about $100+ each hub. I ran the P/N and measurements off the old bearings, races and seals and was able to piece together a Timken kit from RA. The Hub seals being the most expensive component
