After 6-7 years, the battery in my craptastic bastard ChinaZone battery booster has completely bit the dust. (similar to this)

I won it at the DR long ago, not much in it, but don't want to buy a new booster since all it needs is a new battery. I can find 12V-7aH SLAs w/ F1 or F2 (typical push-on automotive connectors) all day long... used in everything from emergency lighting/signage to UPS. The problem has been finding a replacement battery with the correct terminals to bolt the leads to. Guessing the amp drain would likely melt the smaller push-on connectors...

Hoping the vast knowledge here may hold the answer

Get the cheapie with the faston-style terms, bring it over here, and we'll solder the leads on. If that don't work, you're out a whole $15, but I've got a pretty good feeling it'll hold.

I replaced batteries in a much smaller unit years ago with a trip to Interstate Batteries on Patterson Ave. in WS.
