14+ Tundra owners question

I just pick up a 17 Tundra Trd pro with really low miles. The stereo is a non JBL has factory set up with 9 speakers . Its sounds almost as loud as my iPhone laying in the floorboard. No bass sound at all and about 3/4 way up to max it gets worse . Anyone else have this issue ? It has a factory amp under the passenger side seat and if I pull the “amp” fuse only the center dash speaker works . I fell like if it has 9 speakers and an amp it should sound a lot better . Factory amp was only on the jbl system.
Someone changed the head unit I’d bet

It’s the factory unit , the amp is u see the passenger seat , I’ll get some pix tmrw . Thanks
