15 inch 8 lug

I run a 4" back spacing on mine. But, you will have to take the grinder to it. Depending on the casting of the brake caliper, will dictate how much you have to take off.

As far as width of tire, you can run either of the three you mentioned. If it's a trail rig and you aren't gonna run bead locks, go with the 8"s, helps keep the tire on at low pressure. If it's a DD and you want it to look good, the 10 or 12 would be the better choice.

I have 2 1/2 backspacing with minimal grinding on the caliper. 4WPW has them but not on their web page just give them a call. I have 8" width running beadlocks on 38.5 14.5 sx's.

I have 4" and no grinding with 3/4 ton calipers "shrug"

its not supposed to work but when I went to test fit, I have a fair amount of clearance...

how much backspacing without grinding? it is a DD
I've got 2" bs on my 15x8's and perfectly clear the big dual piston calipers on my 8-lug ford D44. Got my rims (black steelies) custom ordered through Discount Tire.

Eaton has some with 3.5" of BS.

i have 3.5 on my beadlocks and i still had to grind the callipers to fit on my chevy dana 44. The wheels were allied i believe
