a 302 will fall on its face in a fullsize off-road truck, ive seen it happen.

rebuild the 400, those engines are really nice, and if you want, i can email you a decent article about building the 400 up, and try projectbronco.com, i think he has some decent 351/400 tech.

basically, cam, roller rockers, straight on timing, dual plane intake, carb in 600cfm range, Ossie, or BOSS/H.O. heads.

remember, the 351M and 400 are the kids of the 351Cleveland, and that was a beast enigne.
