16.5 wheels.

I need some 16.5" wheels It dosnt matter the bolt pattern but they need to be 12" or wider. I need some rims for my rockwells and cant find a 16.5" rim wide enough for my 49" irocs. I dont want to have to buy a new set of wheels just to cut the centers out. If someone has some 16.5" wheels 12" or wider I need them asap. I need to get ready for Harlan on memorial day weekend.

im interested in what the widest ppl are running on stock h1s... Ive heard that some are running the 44s & 47s on stock widths, but it seems like a stretch...

anyone know where you can go to find some wide cheap steelies?

Not 100% sure if they will, but you should check with companies like wheel vintiques or stockton wheel since you're recentering. They produce thier own hoops, they may be willing to sell you a set with no centers. I know they play wide, I got a set of 15x12 stock steelies from vintiques for the rear of my '51 Ford, and they had up to 15" in width.

try to pm olejunky and ask if one eye eric has some. i know he had 2 diferent wheel setups, both sets are 16.5 and really wide lke you need. he was deciding which set to run and which to sell. hope this helps
