1981 Isuzu pup

Hi, im rebuilding a 1981 4 cylinder diesel pup. Does any one know where i can get a complete rebuild kit for it, which includes sleeves?

with enough looking around, you can find everything seperatley but sleeves. I have two diesel mazda b2200's and parts are nearly impossible to find (for any of the old small import diesels), and most folks who rebuild go without new sleeves.

come to think of it, i thought the isuzu's didn't have sleeves?
