1988 ford f150 5.0 help

My step son has a 1988 f 150 with a 5.0
It's has a rough idle , no power below 45mph. It falls on its face if you don't ease it down . Pull codes 23-84-23 ----1---41-63-32 .
I have replaced tps along with tune up. PluGs wires and cap and button .
Any ideals I'm thinking egr stuck ?

I had similar issues on my 4runner with a 88 5.0 HO speed density. Check for vacuum leaks, throttle position sensor voltage, then the oxygen sensor outputs.

Mine ran well cold, in start up open loop program. Once up to temperature is was a dog. Oxygen sensors were bad so it saw false lean condition, then continued to push more fuel eventually running very rich. Good details on diagnostic all over the mustang web sites.
