1990 Bronco 6" Lift Question

I have a 1990 Bronco and looking for a 6” lift kit I noticed some makers list 1980-89 models and 1990 to 96 Bronco. What is the difference between these years?

I have a chance to buy a cheap 1987 6” lift kit and what to make sure it will fit my 1990.

All lifts made for any 1980-96 bronco or F150 4x4 will work. Ford had the exact same front end in all of those vehicles. Buy that lift. It will fit your '90.
