heres my problem i have a 1990 chevy k1500, when i put in 4 hi or lo the front end binds up and pulls from side to side violently goin in a straight line not turning. all ball joints and idler arm and pitman arm are brand new moog and has fresh alignment. what is goin on need to get this fixed before it snows im in college in ohio.

Can you take a picture showing the angle of the CV shaft and control arms in relation to level ground? It is very common for people with cranked front suspensions, (this includes "leveling" kits), or non full drop suspension subframes, to experience binding.

found this one i took the other day. hope it shows enought

That's pretty far away to see for sure, but it looks like your CV's would almost be binding just rolling down the road at those angles, and definitely binding under power and turning. I bet your UCAs are on the droop stops.
