1990 xj renix high idle issue, i need help badly .

as the title says its idling suddenly at 1200 to 2500 rpms , ive changed the iac,the tps, the cts , new orings on injectors ,map sensor and I have no vacumn leaks! cleaned throttle body etc still no change . I am stumped need renix gurus help please . also 29 to 39 lbs of fuel pressure at rail . ive went over every possible solution i can think of . any info please help . @Jody Treadway thanks for your help so far . nothing seems to work so far

do you know how to test ground to your TPS...the 87-90 renix jeeps are bad known to have some pretty good voltage drops going to the TPS especially but the other sensors as well..and i didn't get info for does it stay high idle or just on crank up then goes back to normal
 
also need to know: hot or cold high idle or does it not matter? 2:tps adjusted properly (very important part) 3: take that big plug connector right above the brake booster and clean the crap out of the inside of it...get ALL that factory 25yr old gunk out of there, u use break clean with batt unplugged and then spray that electric cleaner after that and use blow gun to dry it up real good...this plug connector has solved a lot of issues on many of my 88xjs including current one which runs like it's brand new
