1993 Grand Cherokee Dome Light Stays On

I need some help here. My Fiancee's Grand Cherokee's dome light will stay on. The only way we can get it to go off is unplug the fuse. It will also sometimes turn on and off while driving down the road. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

is the door switch sticking? normally that makes them stay off the plunger gets stuck....but its something to check. there may be a short in one of the door switches.

the fact that it goes on and off while going down the road seems to me that something is bumping around and making a connection somewhere. start checking all the door switches and their mounts.
