So my truck has a fuel injected 4.9 with around 160k on it. 99% of the time it runs perfectly. Crank it up and go with no issues. However, lately, if I drive it a little way and just turn it off for a few minutes it will stumble like crazy and either die or work its way out and run perfectly. This is not all the time by any means but I have no idea what would cause it. It has a fresh tune up and new fuel filters in both tanks. And like I said, most of the time there is no issue at all, but when it does this it sounds like it is only hitting on one or two cylinders.
