First off, you don't have hubs in that truck. The axles disconnect inside the diff. If you've got bad half shafts, you need to fix that first. Actually, I'd find out what is loose in the front end first. Like a wheel getting ready to fall off or control arm loose. Jack up the front end and put it on jack stands and push and pull on each front wheel to see where the looseness is. The axle nut should be tightened much more than hand tight too. I'm not too sure I'd drive this thing very far at this point.
