1998 z71 for 1988 k5

im bout to trade a 98 z for a 88 k5 straight out the z's got a bad tranny i think and the k5 needs paint seems fair

I would fix the transmission in the truck then sell it and buy the blazer and have enough money left over to get it painted. Unless the truck is a ragged out doesn't seem like a great trade.

hmmm how many miles on the 98?
reg cab extended etc?
And what the K5 like,....if its got tons custom 4 link and a bullet proof drivetrain may not bee a bad deal.
