I have a 99 Cherokee sport It won't start. The fuel pump doesn't prime when turn the key on. No bus will pop up 30 seconds. We have replaced the following: Battery, Coil, Plugs, Rotor button, Cap fuel pump and CPS.
 
No bus?? Have you actually measured fuel pressure at the rail?
 
So you've replaced the CPS, but did you check the wiring to it? Lots of times that is a shorted CPS problem if it won't start and says no bus. Mine has started the no bus error lately, but it runs. I just smack the gauge cluster a few times till it works. Loose connection on the cluster for sure.

The cps has been replaced
