well that will save a lot on labor cause i hate r&r. ill check time on a rebuild. i can give u a guess but i really need to see in the eng. before i can give any price. if u are on a budget some parts may be reuseable such as cam and lifters and if the crank is good.

i am on a budget i would like to use whatever we can that doesnt need to be replaced. stock parts will be fine with me.

I would just find a used one for 250-300 bucks and swap it. You could do it in a day.
