2.7swap?

Anyone know the facts about swapping a 2.7 into a1st gen runner, always heard it bolts right in same mounts as 22re no problems, but would rather here from someone who has done it, what all it took to do it right.

I have heard that the bellhousing is the same as the R's and also I think it uses the V6 mounts not the 4 cyl (not 100% on this).
