My dad is ready to sell his Land Rover discovery 2. I’m not going to go into all of the ins and outs of typical discovery 2 problems but he has done a pretty good job staying on top of them. Every now and then it gets the 3 amigo lights on the dash but other than that it does well.
It has a combined spacer and lift spring kit on it. Upgraded drag link, tie rod, and adjustable front track bar. 33s and black steel wheels. Has a full size spare on an older OE alloy wheel. My dad took the back row seats out of it but still has the jump seats.
The rear frame was cut out and replaced due to rust. Other rusty parts were fixed by a body shop.
Last year we finished installing an 8k winch and fitting in a center diff lock mechanism from a 2004 Discovery 2. It’s not perfect but it is a fun wheeler! It’s been to Uhwarrie and Harlan and is a total different experience from jeeps or trucks. I wish I could keep it but it doesn’t get used on the trails anymore.
Looking for $4000
