So... what you're saying is that mine would actually be faster and pull harder if it had the optional 4.10 gears instead of the stock 3.73s like it does now? Point taken.

yep, I lost my factory clutch to the same issue at 90K Then the factory clutch arm at 110K
 
Mine has 160k on it. I hope the PO already took care of that for me.

Guess your facts arent enough so you have to use name calling, thats cute I remember when I was in the 3rd grade. I have on 02 F350 7.3L "powerjoke" and I love it. everyone knows you cummins owners get so defensive cause your auto trans is total shit. I dont know if its just me or what but I can throw my hand up to a chevy or ford and they wave, you cummins guys want to show your ass every chance you get. are you all prior service marine corps? lmao

Since you said 8 axles im going to give an educated guess here and say you drive a lowboy? That means that 3 out of 8 axles arent on the ground all the time so dont act like you are more than you are. So when did i call anyone a "name"? Are you or anyone else here a "powerjoke"? Nope didn't think so so i don't think that's name calling, but if that's your definition of name calling rock on. I don't have an automatic so that has nothing to do with it. You powerjoke guys act the same way so i dont want to hear it. I was trying to have a decent and competent conversation until the powerjoke guys get pissed off and start with the dick talk and joking around to get away from the conversation.I have full respect for the duramax guys cause that's a great motor with massive potential, but could care less about a powerstroke because everyone you meet thinks its a racecar that's suppose to bellow smoke all over everything. Everyone knows you powerstroke guys get defensive because your motors are inferior to everything else.
Finally and the biggest problem i have and could care less about anything else said after you said this, what does this conversation have to do with the marine corps or any other branch of service? I've never been in the service but i don't care for anyone that tries to bad mouth or put down any of service men or women, especially for some stupid ass truck conversation. Those men and women bust their ass for a country that could care less about them so i think they deserve a whole lot more respect than to have some idiot run his mouth about them in some trivial conversation.
