2001 XJ Help... Undercarriage

My brother has a nice 2001 XJ 4x4, four dour automatic with about 87 K on the clock.
Looking for someone who is knowledgeable to help me fix the XJ at a reasonable cost.

He bought it a little while back and the undercarriage needs some help as it was up north.
The XJ is in Hickory NC now. I don't mind trailering it to a shop in NC/SC

It needs some basic maintenance: shocks, springs, shackles, sway bar ends, exhaust leak, etc.

The undercarriage is not too bad, but there will be somethings that need to be addressed.

Buy a clean body and switch over. You'll have more in repair that it's worth.

It seems to be all stock.
 
Look in SC and GA. Cannot see in those pictures at all. Are the rockers gone? Better pictures of damaged areas would help.
