At slow speeds, 10-20, straight and more so turning, I hear what sounds like something really loose under the front end but the steering is tight. Rough pavement enhances the noise. Has a slight hollow tone and I would guess it has some considerable mass to it. Truck has 110k miles and in great shape overall. My guess is the lower control arm bushings or whatever you call the two formed beams that hold the axle in position in a front to rear related position. Any other guesses?
