We have an 04 grand am 4 banger and it doesn't wnat to start. It will turn over and and keeps blowing fuses under the hood. They are ignition battry fuses.. Does anyone know what this could be from.. I tried using the reset button in the fuse box but that didn't help we replaced the battery too..

You have a short to ground, start tracing wries in the ciruits with the blown fuse. the reset button in the fuse box is your oil change reset button, and you replaced the battery for no reason.

Passlock may keep it from starting, but will not make it blow fuses.
That you blew a fuse COULD set passlock, depending on the fuse/circut.
you need professional help, especially if passlock has been triggered.
There are ways around passlock without GM intervention, but it is frustraiting, time consuming and usually a waste of time.

I heard you could pull the radio out and cut two yellow wires and that will take care of the passlock the fuse it keeps blowing is a number one fuse under the hood 30a and it's a ign sw-batt2 fuse

If you are popping a 30A fuse, you have issues beyond passlock.

"I heard" it gets REALLY expensive when you start cutting wires and trying homebrew fixes.

cut your losses now, get professional help.

the best customers are the ones who try to "repair" it themselves using backyard fixes.
