Hey guys, I am just out having fun in the truck.
I made an intake setup on the truck to flow better.
Seems like the code could be related to the intake system I added, but I want to be 100% sure on what the problem is. Instead of guessing its the intake, since this happened when I upgraded it, so I am trying to find out WHY the intake could throw the code compared to the stock one.
Obvious things I should point out:
more CFM passing now due to de-restricting
Temperature more sensitive with high-flow filter
I put MAF/IAT1 sensor at two different locations in the intake pipe, both locations gave a P0101.
Every seam has been checked for air leaks to rule that out also.
I am using a dry filter instead of one that uses oils to avoid contaminating my MAF/IAT1 sensor.

MAF/IAT is sitting correctly in the intake tube, and not leaking. All live data from this sensor indicates no electrical circuit malfunction, so I would like to compare my live data at idle to someone else, or from a dealer example.

I have been looking for files of live data available online for this truck(stock form) specifically to compare to what I logged on my Solus. I am interested in the following graphs:
Engine speed
Coolant (f)
IAT 1(f)
IAT 2(f)
MAF (g/s)
MAF (v)
MAP(inHg)
BARO(inHg)

I am wondering if anyone on here has a live data set from within as recent as possible(to compare data from similar weather patterns) they could email me?

-OR-
I can upload my live data into a thread here and you gentlemen can analyze it to compare it to something you might have that you cant email me.

I am not looking for opinions as to what might be wrong with the truck, But I will consider all facts if someone speaks up.

I really just need a clip with about a 250RPM section to compare my numbers to. And if someone emails it to me, feel free to add whatever info you think is necessary.

My email address is Cwoodar0@email.cpcc.edu

Thanks, Connor.

All your sensors are working fine and doing what they're supposed to...its the added air flow that's your problem. The maf has a particular set of parameters that it must see, and now you're out of them with the new unrestricted airflow. Either have it tuned, or put the stock one back on. And clean the maf too..that may help, but rarely does.

And you'll have to get engine data from another lly as all of these engines have different intakes and turbos. It'll be apples to oranges with anything else

What are your airflow numbers (g/s)? This is a very common problem. You will probably have to get it flashed for an LBZ airbox or an EFI Live tune. Did you swap to an LBZ or aftermarket mouthpiece? If not, you should look into it. The mouthpiece is the weak link on the LLY intake system.

I worked on a lly this week, I may have saved the data feed to shop stream. I know I saved a contribution test but cant remember what else. I'll look Monday.
